High quality education is having the ability to simplify complex subject matter and making it relevant to the end user. In this example, we worked closely with a leading dermatology researcher who as faculty was challenged with presenting late-breaking research on an investigative agent that positively impacted a new pathway on the treatment of psoriasis. Working closely with our medical staff and medical illustrator, he literally sketched his thoughts on the back of an envelope. And we took it from there to create a 3-D graphic animation of this pathway and how new agents positively impact it to treat psoriasis. Numerous attendees voiced their appreciation for this more graphic approach to understanding a convoluted disease process.
